Mission weight loss has evolved and developed a long way since the start and improved in many aspects of healthy living and wellness which is supported by the numerous success stories of the associated members. Our aim is simple that the plan should be sustainable and it shall include all the food types that our families are eating since generations. In MWL we eat a lot of healthy varieties which include all the food groups.
The Facebook group of MISSION WEIGHT LOSS which is an all-exclusive group for women has increased to 1.25 lakh members in the last 7 years. Weight Loss : 21 kg

90% of women face postpartum depression I also faced it due to 21kgs weight gain and no time for myself being too busy with small child, office and house work without any help. My confidence was negative and everynight crying was normal. God sent Manu for my rescue. Before Manu, My idea of diet was starving which leads to migraine which I couldn’t afford because of so much dependency on me. So when I discussed my issue with Manu, she gave a plan which included normal things like roti, sabzi, rice, rajma, chose etc.. I was shocked and though “Gaye paise paani me”. But I still followed and magically I was reducing 1 kg per week without any exercise or starving. I finally started feeling good about myself, had more energy, started exercising, felt confidence at work again. Finally in span of 7 months I came down from 81kgs to 67kgs. And all this while there was continuous support from Manu in terms of exercises, cravings etc.. Not only she was a dietician but also a friend who would understand your moods and sometimes constraints of not being able to follow diet. She always made sure we never had difficulty in eating healthy. Apart from diets, she provided awesome tasty n healthy recipes which I could never think existed. So, In all, she taught me how to live a healthy life and I also forwarded these learnings to my family members in India and they also found it useful. I love you and bless you from all my heart Manu. I m really thankful to manu .I have 3 kids but losing weight with them was very difficult. But manu made this possible. I started my diet on my birthday which was the best gift by my husband to me.within 6 months I lost 13 kg. Maine every bit follow kiya n I got the result. If u cheat what she guides u won’t get result .but if u follow for sure there is result. Mission weight loss is such a sensible, well researched weight loss programme, I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who want to lose weight. Its a good way to lose weight by eating home made food, big quantity and yummy food. Manu you are the best. Excellent and helpful dietician. Love the plan and the tasty food. One can achieve awesome results when we get motivated and I think it's a great way to socialise and share your experience achievements. For diabetes I was taking two tablets. But now doctor told me to stop the tablets as my diabetes is in control. All thanks to MANU. You are the best. Hope all your dreams come true.
